HouseCalls is a yearly health and wellness visit that happens in the privacy of your very own home. You’ll work with your care navigator to help coordinate your ongoing care needs. They can also connect you with information on resources that may be available to you, like transportation services. UnitedHealthcare® has teamed up with Landmark to bring in-home medical care to eligible Medicare Advantage members.
